Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, television, air conditioning, and a washing machine. A cot and a high chair are also available upon request. The building where the accommodation is located has an elevator. The apartment is centrally located and well connected, close to Montjuïc, Plaza España, Fira de Barcelona, and Sants, with excellent access to the metro, buses, shops, parks, and cultural centers. The neighborhood offers supermarkets, services, and an authentic local atmosphere with bars and traditional shops. Families with children are welcome. A cot and a high chair can be provided upon request. Smoking and events are not allowed. Late check-in is available for an extra fee. Please note that a tourist tax applies according to current regulations and a penalty will be charged in case of smoking inside the apartment or loss of keys.
